Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Richmond, California, Rubicon is an innovative bakery focused on developing and producing high-quality and great-tasting cakes, cupcakes, muffins, pies, and other baked goods. Rubicon was founded with a mission to help rebuild lives by employing, training, and supporting people who have faced structural barriers to employment such as homelessness, incarceration, or substance abuse. The Company’s products can be found in grocery stores nationwide.
