iRISE (fka Florida Spine & Joint Institute) operates 17 locations, primarily focused on personal injury and workers’ compensation across Florida and Tennessee, that provide patients with best-in-class, multi-modality care. The Company has a 20-year track record of successfully meeting the needs of patients.

“We have a vision to bring industry-leading rehabilitation, imaging and orthopedic surgery to the national level.  In 2019, we opened five new locations and are excited to continue to expand in 2020.   • 3 or more locations offering a single or combination of the following services: rehabilitation (chiropractic and/or physical therapy), imaging, non-narcotic based pain management, orthopedic services (extremity and spine)
  • 50%+ of revenue generated from personal injury or workers’ compensation
  • Culture focused on compliance and best-in-class patient service
