We are pleased to say that Trive Capital had a transformative year in 2022. While experiencing record growth, the firm maintained a long-term perspective and sought opportunities to create value both within the portfolio and in new investments. It was a record year for the firm in terms of number of transactions as well as capital deployed.
Last year, the firm successfully closed forty (40) total acquisitions, including twelve (12) new platforms and twenty-eight (28) strategic add-on investments to existing portfolio companies. In addition, Trive closed two (2) new funds: Structured Capital and Fund IV, deploying $700 million across all strategies. Most importantly, we continued to strengthen our team by promoting ten (10) individuals and adding twenty-four (24) new team members.
Trive Capital is enthusiastic about our future. We thank you for your continued support and partnership and we look forward to working together in 2023.
“2022 was a year of meaningful growth for the company, as evidenced by the significant number of new hires, promotions, and record number of new investments. We are proud of the team’s efforts in navigating a challenging environment, a landscape in which we feel uniquely positioned to succeed. In 2023, we will continue leaning in to an everchanging and challenging market and creating bespoke capital solutions alongside our talented portfolio company partners. Our time is now.”
