Warren is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Warren was an Analyst at Lazard, where he was a member of the Technology Group. While at Lazard, Warren was involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions across the industrial technology sector, with a focus on vertical software.
Warren graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where he earned a BS in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management.
