Sam is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Sam was an Analyst at Jefferies, where he was a member of the Financial Institutions Group. While at Jefferies, Sam was involved in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings across the asset management, brokerage and financial technology sectors.
Sam graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri where he earned a Master of Accountancy, BS in Accountancy and BS in Economics.
