Rives is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Rives was an Analyst at Piper Sandler, where he was a member of the Services & Industrials Investment Banking Group in Charlotte. While at Piper Sandler, Rives was involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions throughout the industrial and business services sectors.
Rives graduated from Washington & Lee University where he earned a BS in Accounting and a Minor in Studio Art (Sculpture).
