Lance is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting transaction due diligence, and collaborating with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Lance was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he was part of the Financial Restructuring Group. During his time at Houlihan, Lance was involved in a variety of transactions, including both creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, as well as distressed mergers and acquisitions across multiple industry sectors, including building products, textiles, and environmental services.
Lance graduated summa cum laude from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, where he earned a BBA in Finance and minored in Accounting.
