Karan is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Before joining Trive, Karan was an associate in CD&R’s Healthcare Private Equity Group in New York. While at CD&R, Karan was involved in evaluating private equity investment opportunities across a broad range of healthcare subsectors. Prior to that, Karan was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Group in New York.
Karan graduated from the McCombs School of Business in the Canfield Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a BBA in Finance.
