Joe is a Partner, and the Head of TC Operating Partners at Trive Capital, with expertise in human capital, communications, and business leadership.
Before joining Trive in 2019, Joe served in leadership roles across a variety of industries including chemicals, automotive, industrials, and aerospace. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President, Axalta Coating Systems in the role of President of Global Refinish while also leading the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Joe also spent 14 years with Honeywell International in progressive human resources roles and started his career in consulting.
Joe received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Rider University with a BA in Political Science.
