Joe is Managing Director of TC Operating Partners, in addition to his existing role as an Operating Partner at Trive Capital with expertise in human capital, communications, and business leadership.
Before joining Trive in 2019, Joe served in leadership roles across a variety of industries including chemicals, automotive, industrials, and aerospace. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President, Axalta Coating Systems in the role of President of Global Refinish while also leading the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Joe also spent 14 years with Honeywell International in progressive human resources roles and started his career in consulting.
Joe received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Rider University with a BA in Political Science.

Ryan is an Operating Partner at Trive Capital with an expertise in general management, process improvement, and healthcare. In addition to working with current portfolio companies, Ryan also works with Trive’s investment teams to assess potential investments in the healthcare space.
Prior to joining Trive, Ryan served in executive leadership roles in various healthcare industries. Most recently, Ryan was the CEO of a Trive portfolio company, iRISE Spine and Joint, an orthopedic platform based throughout the Southeast. Previously, Ryan worked with a family office on several of their healthcare investments.
Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Warrington School of Business at The University of Florida.

Alex is an Operations VP, Finance at Trive Capital specializing in the execution of strategic performance improvement initiatives, merger integration and financial leadership.
Prior to joining Trive, Alex served as a Managing Director at Novo Advisors, where he provided restructuring and turnaround services across a variety of industries including aerospace & defense, manufacturing, and financial services. Previously, Alex provided accounting advisory and M&A services at Alvarez and Marsal as a Director.
Alex received his BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rachael is an Operations VP, Finance at Trive Capital specializing in financial planning and analysis, M&A support, and execution of strategic financial initiatives.
Prior to joining Trive, Rachael served as a Managing Director in FTI’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice where she advised clients through restructurings, financial due diligence processes, business plan reviews, and served in an interim FP&A capacity. Previously, Rachael worked as a Commercial Analyst at EnLink Midstream and as an accounting advisory and audit professional at Deloitte.
Rachael earned her MS and BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jared is an Operations VP, Finance at Trive Capital focusing on financial planning and analysis, M&A support, and execution of strategic financial initiatives.
Prior to joining Trive, Jared served as a Director at RSM, where he specialized in delivering transaction advisory services, providing strategic guidance to CFOs, and facilitating post-transaction integrations. Industries of focus include manufacturing, construction, industrials, energy, telecom, business services, and healthcare. Previously, Jared worked for Wincove Private Holdings, a middle-market focused investment fund, after serving the firm as a consultant for many years. His responsibilities included executing transactions and offering operational support to portfolio companies. Jared began his career at Deloitte.
Jared received his MS in Finance and BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude.

Connor is an Operations Vice President at Trive Capital, where his responsibilities include working with Trive’s portfolio companies to strengthen their operational performance and growth strategies. He transitioned to TC Operating Partners after serving as a member of Trive’s investment team where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams on implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Trive, Connor was an Analyst at Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Jaffray, where he was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions in the energy service and equipment sector.
Connor graduated with High Honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin where he earned a BBA in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems.

Elizabeth is an Operations VP, Human Capital at Trive Capital, where her responsibilities include partnering with investment and management teams to develop and execute human capital strategies and projects in support of Trive’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Trive, Elizabeth served in various roles at Lennox International, a global HVAC manufacturer, including as HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions, a factory HR Manager leading engagement and retention, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting global recruiting efforts. Previously, Elizabeth worked as Head of HR and Operations at RIDE TV.
Elizabeth received her MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MA in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, and a BA in Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Prior to joining Trive, Jeff served in various professional services roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Viking Cloud (formally, Sysnet Global Solutions) and Protiviti, where he lead teams providing security architecture reviews, compliance assessments, penetration testing, forensic response and risk assessment engagements.
Jeff received his BBA in Management of Information Systems from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2010.

Drew is an Operations Associate Vice President at Trive Capital, where his responsibilities include working with Trive’s portfolio companies to strengthen their operational performance and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Drew was a Senior Associate at Prophet Equity, a Southlake, TX based private equity firm. While at Prophet, Drew was responsible for supporting the team across multiple disciplines including strategic screening, value creation planning and implementation activities . Drew began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc., where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions across multiple industry verticals and assisted in the evaluation of investments for Stephens Capital Partners.
Drew received his Masters in Finance from Louisiana State University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Prior to joining Trive, Garrett was an Associate with Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where he provided buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to private equity firms on transactions in the Industrials and Technology sectors.
Garrett graduated Cum Laude from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business with his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Economics. Garrett also graduated with his Master’s in Accountancy from Baylor and is a Certified Public Accountant.
