Drew is Associate General Counsel of Trive Capital. He assists in legal matters related to the firm and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Trive, Drew was Associate Counsel at ORIX USA, an asset manager and investor focused on the middle market. Prior to his role at ORIX USA, Drew practiced law at a large international law firm in Dallas, Texas and New York, New York where he focused on private equity transactions.
Drew received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.
