Colton is a Vice President at Trive Capital, where his responsibilities include partnering with Trive’s investment and portfolio management teams to provide strategic recruitment leadership and execution. He focuses on optimizing hiring strategies, building effective recruitment processes, and delivering high-impact talent solutions for Trive’s portfolio companies across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining Trive, Colton was a Talent Acquisition Lead at Korn Ferry, where he oversaw full-cycle recruitment for middle-market and Fortune 500 organizations. While at Korn Ferry, Colton scaled teams, developed data-driven recruitment strategies, and partnered with management to drive hiring efficiencies and meet strategic growth objectives. Earlier in his career, he held recruitment roles at VARISpace, DECA Dental Group, and Accounting Principals, consistently achieving success in improving time-to-hire, team performance, and overall recruitment outcomes.
Colton received his Bachelor from the University of North Texas.
