Cade is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Cade was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he was part of the Financial Restructuring Group. During his time at Houlihan, Cade was involved in a variety of transactions, including both creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, as well as distressed mergers and acquisitions across multiple industry sectors, including energy, waste services, industrial and manufacturing, and consumer and retail,
Cade graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, where he earned an M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance, and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
