Streamland Media Acquires Seattle-Based Clatter & Din to Expand Capabilities in the Interactive Market

LOS ANGELES, California; SEATTLE, Washington

Streamland Media Holdings LLC (“Streamland Media” or the “Company”) a portfolio company of Dallas-based private equity group Trive Capital (“Trive”) and Newport Beach-based Five Crowns Capital (“Five Crowns”), recently completed the acquisition of Seattle-based Clatter & Din (“Clatter”). Clatter provides sound and art post-production services to the fast-growing interactive industry. The facility will serve as the Company’s hub in the Pacific Northwest, which is home to some of the world’s largest gaming producers and publishers. Post transaction, Clatter & Din will be integrated and branded under Streamland’s interactive business unit, Formosa Interactive.

Streamland is actively seeking add-on opportunities in the outsourced gaming services market, with a focus on art and sound, including concept art, VFX, motion capture, trailers, marketing, localization, audio and voice over production, scoring and sound design.
