L.A.R.K Industries, Inc., dba Residential Design Services and Commercial Design Services (“RDS”), and Trive Capital (“Trive”) are proud to announce that RDS has acquired substantially all of the assets of Pinnacle Stone & Tile (“Pinnacle” or the “Company”). Founded in 1992 and based in Fairfield, CA, Pinnacle provides countertop fabrication and tile installation services for the residential housing market in Northern California. Through its two facilities in Fairfield, CA and San Jose, CA, Pinnacle combines industry-leading technology and old world hand-fabrication techniques to deliver premium installed products with a commitment to providing the highest levels of service in the industry.
