Trive Capital, the Dallas, Texas based private equity firm with over $2 billion in capital under management, is actively seeking corporate carve-out investment opportunities. The Trive investment team has consummated several corporate divestitures of both healthy and underperforming divisions. Trive has most recently transacted with large corporations in the Aerospace & Defense, Energy, and Technology Media & Telecom sectors but has the flexibility to transact across all industries and transaction types.
