Sterling is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Sterling was an Analyst at UBS, where he was a member of the Energy Group. While at UBS, he advised energy transition companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising activities. He previously spent four years as a professional baseball player in the Texas Rangers organization.
Sterling graduated from the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned a BS in Finance.
