Katie participates in Trive Capital’s Business Development efforts. She focuses on creating long-term value through relationship building, reaching out to traditional and non-traditional intermediaries, conducting diligence on investment targets, and identifying senior executive candidates.
Prior to joining Trive, Katie was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at MUFG in New York. While at MUFG, Katie evaluated investment opportunities for private equity backed transactions including leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings across a variety of sectors.
Katie graduated from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma where she earned a BBA in Finance.
