Elina is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trive Capital. Her responsibilities include oversight of the Human Resources function, including leading the strategic human capital initiatives for the firm.
Prior to joining Trive, Elina was a Senior HR Business Partner at Numis Securities, a London, UK based Investment Bank where she was responsible for HR for the Investment Bank, Technology and Operations divisions, alongside running Talent Management and Learning and Development for the firm. Prior to Numis, Elina was a Vice President/Executive Director within Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs based in London, with HR responsibility across multiple divisions; having spent time in PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Human Capital Consultant and IBM prior to that.
Elina was awarded with Distinction an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis from King’s College London and holds a BSc in Business Management from the same university. Elina is a certified Executive Coach from Ashridge, Hult International Business School.
